- Executing Work as per drawings and specifications with utmost health and safety parameters.
- Ensuring Quality of Work and timely execution of the construction activities as per schedule.
- Coordination of contractors of various trades and their works at site for effective sequencing of activities.
- Supervising building layouts, levels and conformity of specifications.
- Checking of manpower, T & P and materials availability of the contractors.
- Signing of Check Requests of contractor.
Requirements and skills
- Excellent understanding of drawings and construction procedures.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Good command of interpretation of BOQs, Technical Specifications and Quantity Surveying.
- Effective communication skills with fair knowledge of software like MS Office & Auto CAD.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
