Position: Remote Structural Detailer for Steel Shop Drawings

We are a construction company hiring a Remote Structural Detailer for Steel Shop Drawings, you will play a crucial role in our project execution by creating accurate and detailed shop drawings for steel structures. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our designs are translated into precise construction plans that meet industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed steel shop drawings based on project specifications and design documents.
Ensure all drawings accurately represent the design intent and adhere to relevant codes and standards.
Review and revise drawings as needed based on feedback and project updates.
Maintain clear and organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Structural Detailer, with a proven track record of producing high-quality steel shop drawings.
Proficiency in using industry-standard detailing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, etc.).
Strong understanding of steel structures, construction techniques, and relevant codes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members remotely.
Detail-oriented mindset and ability to meticulously review and revise drawings for accuracy.
Self-motivated and capable of managing workload and meeting deadlines independently.
