We are seeking an experienced and honest Accounts Manager with a strong background in factory operations and financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts, cost analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory accounting operations
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports
- Handle cost accounting and analysis
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
- Monitor cash flow and expenses
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setup
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or in Commerce
- Proficiency in accounting software ( SAP)
- Strong integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
