6. Financial Guidance: Provide valuable financial insights and guidance to senior leaders, aiding in strategic decision-making processes.

7. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring they meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry.
Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Team Management: Proven experience in managing a team of accounting professionals.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex financial issues.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
