Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in buying or selling real estate properties.
2. Market Research: Conduct research for the target markets and devise strategies for lead generation.
3. Lead Generation: Reach out to leads and prospects through different communication channels, including those generated by the business's marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, customer referrals, and help generate new ones.
4. Prospecting: Strategically identify new leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and others.
5. Sales Targets: Work towards fulfilling the Quarterly and Yearly Targets set by the company.
6. Communication: Arrange and have calls with leads/prospects and submit proposals while answering any related questions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry is required.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flair for business development.
- Sound knowledge of Sales.
- Having a Bachelor’s Degree or Intermediate Degree.
- Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn and Google for lead generation.
