Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Collaborate with videographers and multimedia designers to ensure visually appealing and engaging posts.
Schedule content for release at optimal times.
Monitor user engagement, respond to comments, and gather feedback.

2. Graphic Design and Content Creation:

Design eye-catching graphics, animations, and visuals for social media posts and marketing materials.
Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand identity and message.
Write compelling and persuasive content that encourages audience interaction and action.

3. Content Writing:

Craft well-written and memorable written pieces for social media posts and other marketing materials.
Create content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

4. Technical Skills:

Utilize expertise in LinkedIn marketing and YouTube marketing.
Manage and optimize Facebook pages.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithms on leading social media platforms.
Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.

5. Database Management:

Maintain a secure database of all social media account login credentials.

6. Innovation and Growth:

Stay informed about changes and updates in the social media landscape.
Explore and assess the potential value of new social media platforms for our business.

7. Required Experience:

Proven experience in LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.
Previous experience managing Facebook pages.
Familiarity with the IT industry is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
