Role and Responsibilities:
As an SEO Expert for Lanop, A8om and Pakistan’s First Online Consultants (PFOC), you will be responsible for coordinating SEO efforts, including on-site and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research for this advisory business and digital consultancy firm where you will be involved in multiple business lines and services.
You should have a strong grasp of current SEO tools and strategies and You’ll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success. Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability. SEO manager will work with the marketing team and supporting teams (such as Web Developers & Creative Team).
You should be a versatile individual as Lanop, PFOC and A8om are involved in accounting and business advisory including Marketing, PR, Branding Consulting, and real estate business in addition to an online consultancy platform so we are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.
You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
You will be primarily involved in these activities in your role:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaign
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Measure and report performance of all SEO campaigns, and assess against goals (PPC, etc.)
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Track and report results of the website
- Work on website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
- Work on the website for new and innovative growth strategies through SEO.
- Liasoning with other business divisions for SEO-related work
- Dealing with clients who require SEO for their businesses
- Training and developing the SEO team
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelors
- Proven working experience in a similar role of at least 2 years

- Ability to lead a team
- Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Knack for problem solving
- Experience in setting up and optimizing SEO campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
