A well-established organization located in Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi, is looking for a talented Laravel Developer to join their team on a full-time basis. This role requires working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining databases, developing web-based PHP applications, and collaborating closely with frontend and mobile developers to fulfill backend project requirements. The position demands strong expertise in PHP, especially with the Laravel 9 framework, and the ability to manage the entire web application development lifecycle from initial concept to post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain databases to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Utilize backend data services and improve existing data service APIs to enhance performance.
- Create reusable code and libraries to streamline future development processes.
- Develop, document, and maintain advanced web-based PHP applications on portal and premium service platforms.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with frontend and mobile app developers to address backend requirements and ensure integration.
- Perform MySQL profiling and optimize database queries for better efficiency.
- Conduct UI and backend testing to improve overall application performance.
- Ensure consistency and validity of HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript across various applications.
- Lead the full web application development lifecycle, from concept through delivery and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies.
- Strong command of object-oriented PHP programming and proficiency in Laravel 9 PHP Framework.
- Ability to write clean, well-structured, and efficient code.
- Experience in troubleshooting and testing core software products to ensure high optimization and reliability.
- Familiarity with all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap framework.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site in Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
