Growth Marketing Manager

Laser Vision Centre is looking for talented professional to drive growth by owning digital operations and co-authoring strategy with leadership team. You’ll be solving problems that range from building analytics infrastructure to patient acquisition and retention to business development for acquiring higher market share.

What you’ll do:

1. Analytics:

Maintain and update digital dashboards. Constantly monitor data to uncover trends and analyze impact of business initiatives on performance
Partner w/ Head of Growth to develop omni-channel (offline + online) analytics infrastructure

2. Retention / User flow:

- Pulling appropriate lists (e.g. users who have subscribed but haven't converted in 7 days or 14 days etc) and then using our email service provider to sent out emails / sms
- Partner w/ Head of Growth to develop and maintain retention dashboards on a daily basis (# of emails sent, open rates, click through rates, conversions from emails etc)
- Construct patient engagement/retention strategy

3. Marketing Campaigns:

Partner w/ Head of Growth to develop digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, SEO)
Develop analytics infrastructure to collect and analyze impact of marketing
Design, launch and analyze A/B test experiments for marketing campaigns to build an iterating growth process

4. Business Development:

Strike profitable deals w/ marketing vendors (influencers, agencies) to produce top-of-the-funnel growth

About you:

You display humility, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, hustle attitude to get stuff done, emotional intelligence, love for collaboration w/ the team and willingness to learn
You are comfortable w/ data and can think analytically/scientifically
Technical knowledge around tracking browse data, building web sites, setting up experiments on the site, building analytics infrastructure, querying data is preferred but not required.
