TREASURY OFFICER

Job Responsibilities

Carry out daily reporting activities, dealing with banks and assisting the respective manager in cash and liquidity management.
Prepare cash positions on daily basis
Prepare bank reconciliation on weekly basis and follow through for un-cleared transactions and direct deposits.
Record monthly bank profit.
Assist in preparation of rolling cash forecast and update actuals on weekly basis.
Assist in monitoring and managing the organization’s bank relationships and liquidity management.
Recording customer receipts and following up for the due payments.
Prepare payments and get it authorized from authorize signatories on banking portals.
Processing employees’ salaries, final settlements, advances and other payments.
Managing documentation related to leases and ensuring timely payments.
Provide support to accounting team for monthly closing purposes as per assigned task
Knowledge of banking instruments and online banking.
Basic knowledge of income tax and sales tax withholdings.
Documentation and filing of vouchers.
Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by manager.

Skills

MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel.
Analytical skills.
Must have knowledge of ERPs. Preferably SAP B1.
Should possess strong communication and writing skills.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have experience in the same role for minimum one (1) year.
The candidate must hold master’s or equivalent in finance.
