Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Coordinate day-to-day Civil and solar installation activities.
Develop and implement quality control programs.
Prepare progress reports for clients.
Create and maintain project schedules
Track project profitability
Ensure all activities adhere to established guidelines of contract.
Monitor performance activities, including customer coordination with management
Submit progress reports to management and customer
Coordination with customer for invoice tracking and timely payments
Preparation of acceptance documents for finance and customer
Coordination with finance and procurement team for timely issuance of supplier POs, invoices and bills reconciliation
Ensure all required documentation has been recorded electronically and physically
Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.
