In-depth understanding of Business process re-engineering and optimization.
Established experience of working with SIEBEL CRM, TAB POST PAID billing systems. Netcraker (Geneva) Billing systems.
Exposure and understanding of QVantel DBSS stack.
Migration expertise from TABS / Geneva to QV systems
Expertise in Billing / Finance system integration
Postpaid product expertise
Expertise in Postpaid offers (Rating & Billing level)
Postpaid Taxes / OTC / Invoices layout
Reporting Solution expertise
Telco / IT (Ericsson Charging system) integration expertise.
