Experience of integrating BSS Systems with External Channels

· Experience of Charging and Provisioning to support integration of Charging and Provisioning nodes with CRM and Orchestration layer through API’s.

· Support E2E integration over different protocols not limited to SMPP, SMTP, MAP, REST, SOAP, XML, HTTP, SIGTRAN etc

· Ability to use scripts and programming language to automate tasks and testing.

· Ability to perform configuration on Ericsson Charging, Provisionig or Mediation system.

· Understanding of E2E call flows to better troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues

· Ability to multitask and handle tasks singlehandedly.

Review API repository and design documents and coordinate with channel development team to verify the development meets the requirement.
