We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team for a U.S.-based insurance sales campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and qualifying leads to support the insurance sales team. Your efforts will be vital in expanding our customer base by generating high-quality leads through phone calls, emails, and online research. This position is based in Gulberg, Lahore, and requires working Monday to Friday in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential insurance clients across the U.S.
- Qualify prospects based on specific insurance criteria such as age, income, and coverage needs
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using the CRM system
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage older prospects to maximize opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation or telemarketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to track and manage multiple leads simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
