Looking for a person who is responsible to write engaging video scripts to promote our real estate projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Write Video scripts for our YouTube channel videos.
Write and edit engaging, well-researched, scripts.
Create and maintain timelines for multiple simultaneous projects.
Provide valuable feedback on post-production video and assist in finalizing content.
Conduct exclusive research and suggest engaging and trending topics for videos.
Provide supporting and reference videos across the web and video platform to production team.
Write Ad scripts for our different real estate projects that meets Leaders 92 standards of accuracy, faithfulness, access and style.
Contribute ideas on editorial practice during group discussions and project reviews.
To gain a clear understanding of the program material and, where necessary, to check factual detail and editorial accuracy.
Coordinate with voice over artist to get ad scripts in audio form.
To work with and support the person recording the Audio Description to ensure that they achieve the best end-product.
To collaborate with colleagues across marketing and sales department to ensure the meeting of objectives.
To assist with the training and reviewing of new starters in the marketing team.
Write sales pitches for different project videos.
Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics.
Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style.
Manage footage resources and work with our reporting team to ensure we are always capturing fresh and relevant b-roll.

Hiring Criteria: Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
2-3 years of experience in a media agency environment with a focus on developing a brand, campaign, and content strategy.
Excellent storytelling capabilities to bring ideas to life.
Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A portfolio of published videos.
Proven script writing experience.
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
