Introduction:
We are a tuition academy based in London providing tuition services at our centres. Children attend the academy after school mostly on weekends and study in small groups.
Main role:
To follow up on leads generated by our field sales teams by calling prospective parents and booking them in for meetings with the supervisor at the centre. The role requires to learn about the British educational system at secondary level so that you can satisfy any queries. There is also an ongoing need to call existing parents to make sure they are happy with the service and obtain feedback.
Location and Working Hours:
The candidate has the freedom to work from home (only a broadband connection and a computer is needed) The working day will be an eight hour shift from Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday. The daily working hours will be according to the UK time zone so you are likely to start work in the afternoon and finish in the late evening.
