Selected candidates will be working in a B2B scenario where they will receive chat inquiries and they have to convert them in to leads
There will be varying volume of inbound chats and candidates will have to type British professional English.
Candidates have to create lead templates by filling customer contact information and send leads to clients in real time.
Candidates have to handle chats coming from 15 different client websites without mixing any single one.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Create a long term rapport with customers by contacting them through chat software proactively.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests/leads.
Maintains call center database by entering information.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Updates job knowledge by participating in ongoing training sessions.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
