Purchase Demand - Preparing the demand for all the items in the Bill of Materials of an order that are not in stock.

Price Quote - Get the best price quote of the items to be purchased, Also, maintaining a vendor database with prices, payment terms and lead times.

Purchase Tracking - Ensure all daily purchase targets are met. All pending purchase targets have to be assigned a new target date.

Purchase Order - Preparing purchase orders and submitting to vendors after approval from the Finance Manager.

Purchase - Procurement of materials as per the set quality standard and cost. This also involves arranging of materials that involve further processing, such as dyeing etc.
