We're looking for a Male online support and sales expert to deal with our U.S Clients.
The job would require working in Night Shift for the US Market (9:00PM to 6:00AM)
Fixed monthly salary + handsome sales commission will be offered.
Fresh graduates with good English written and verbal communication skills are also highly encouraged to apply!
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance and customer support to our online clients through phone and live chat support.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, chat, and email.
Skills Required:
- Excellent conversation skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience in call center will be preferred,
- U.S / UK accent will be preferred.
- Experience / Knowledge about the Printing process would be an added advantage
