  • Experience working with complex e-commerce litigation matters, Listing reinstate, Category Approvals, Intellectual Property - infringement and copyrights, cease & desist cases, Patents to perform searches and render registrability opinions, corporate compliance
  • Effective analytical skills with the ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
  • Ability to manage numerous cases and/or projects under time-sensitive deadlines.
