Job Description:

Reconciling Shipped Inventory with Amazon Physical Count
Reconciling Outbound Shipments with Payments Data
Collecting and Recording Supporting Documents and Ensuring Documentary Compliance
Recording Shipments Received with Amazon
Identifying and Investigating Discrepant Shipments
Ensuring FBA Compliance for Outbound Shipments
Suggesting Corrective Measures to Enable Faster Receiving with Amazon and Minimizing Delays

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
High level of attention to detail.
The candidate must be willing to learn new concepts.
Microsoft Excel & Outlook proficiency.
Good communication skills & excellent professional ethics.
1-2 years experience in inventory reconciliation/ collection related/ customer-facing role (Amazon Accounts Management experience is a plus).
