Perform operations in the returns area.
Follow-up on all outstanding returns to ensure their timely return to Suppliers/brands.
Get the credit memo against the defective units.
Generate shipping labels for the returns shipments.
Get a replacement from the Brands, claim a warranty.
Communicate with Brands, suppliers/vendors, and internal teams.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements.
Must be able to perform any other duties asked by a supervisor or team lead.

An ideal candidate profile will include:

At least 2 years of returns experience.
Experience with Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
