Duties of the Marketing Manager include:

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Interviews hiring and training marketing staff members.
Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company. functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Requirements of the role:

Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration.
5 years minimum experience in traditional and digital marketing.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Strong creative outlook.
Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
Advanced communication skills.
Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership skills.
