At LFR Active we are looking for Front desk officer who can fullfill following duties and responsibilities.
- Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym.
- Handl all incoming calls and answered the enquiries made.
- Assist the Duty Manager in maintaining the gym.
- Administer the payments made by the members.
- Resolve all customer complaints.
