Making CJV Voucher of every consignment.
Master file updated UK AND USA with Manifest.
Prepare Costing for each shipments.
Reconcile all statement with Vendor.
Making shortages, damages & price claims for every month.
Email parties for credit notes and updated Ledger.
Prepared Report of Claims.
Making Entry of supplier in software.
Making Payment of Shippers.
Making Sets of Document to clear GDs and sent to bank.
Email to bank for releasing payments of GDs.
Resolved queries of international supplier with related issues.
Making payment vouchers with tax calculation.
