Making list of books as per campaign with collaboration with Marketing.
Testing of newly developed/corrected options of website.
Coordinating with Finance along with documentation for Customer Refunds.
Supervision of E-Commerce team, assigning tasks, performance review of each team.
Succession planning of the department.
On-Job training and proposing career growth and learning opportunities for the team.
Meet monthly team sales target assigned by the management.
Create and generate proposals and ideas to enhance business and achieve yearly goals and objectives identified by the management.
Develop, prioritize, and drive numerous initiatives aimed at growing the customer base and improving the value of their interactions with us.
Approving customer reviews from Back-end.
Supervising all sales re-conciliations before submission to finance department
Following up on Recovery/ payments of 3rd party sellers
Forecasting and planning to ensure that top sellers and key SKU’s are available at all times.
Building a mechanism for post purchase customer feedback.
Training the team towards up-selling across all customer touch points.
Ensuring a smooth/ friction-free customer experience from order placement to delivery
Ensuring that customers using the request a book service are getting timely response and delivery of orders
Building a mechanism to identify in demand titles from website customers that liberty books doesn’t have in stock.
Mining Customer data to see which customers have not purchased for a long time and organizing cold calls to retain customers.
Regularly monitoring the site for UI/UX issues and pointing out the same to IT support for onward action.
Ensuring that customer order fulfillment SOPs and TATS are being followed.
Ensuring that all customers touch points i.e.; calls, chats are being attended to efficiently and promptly with service that exceeds customer expectations.
Building a daily work report for the entire department to ensure maximum productivity of each team member.
Building a system to reach out daily missed, cancelled dropped orders which an intention to retain conversions.
Additional tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 Years experience in ecommerce management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, UI/UX principles, and product management.
Strong command in MS Excel (Compulsory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Google Analytics with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Result-driven and proactive attitude.
