Candidate will be incharge of construction site.
Candidate will be responsible for material management. He will keep record of material available at site, track the consumption and timely order for future jobs.
Candidate will manage labor or labor contractor.
Candidate should be able to prepare BOQ.
Candidate will be responsible for construction as per company safety & quality policy and quality guidelines.
Candidate will be responsible for construction supervision as per labor contract and main contract.
He will be responsible for construction supervision as per approved drawings and specifications.
Candidate must be able to check the lines & levels of building members.
Candidate will be responsible for time management of site team.
Candidate may further be assigned additional responsibilities as and when required by the management.
Candidate should be well representable and well-mannered to deal or handle the Client, when needed.
