- Entry-level position in System Support Department reporting directly to Team Lead – Hardware Support.
- Responsible for on-site complaint handling, carrying out maintenance services on machines installed at client end.
- Should have good command on computers, Microsoft windows and software installation.
- Work closely with Hardware Support Coordinator and CRM Team.
- Responsible to provide on-site support, complaint handling and preventive services for contract and warranty clients.
- Responsible to follow and recover outstanding payments and Tax Challans.
- Responsible to follow clients on SLA renewal.
- Responsible to share visit details with Team Lead and coordinator and also update all details in CRM software
