We are looking for someone with the ambition to actively participate to give our customers the best possible service and shopping experience.

You enjoy working in a high pace and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers.

The candidate must have an excellent command of the English and Urdu language.
The ideal candidate will be a highly driven self-starter who is determined to deliver results.
You have ideally experience from customer service and preferably over social media handling, phone and e-mail.
In addition to this the candidate will manage warehouse and stock and help in packaging when required.
We value most your drive and passion but it ́s an extra plus if you have experience within:E-commerce
