We seek a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user interfaces/experiences that engage and delight our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design specifications are met.
Conduct ongoing design evaluations and refinements based on user feedback and data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and design processes.
Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
