Content Manager

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to oversee, develop, execute and deliver content across all our mediums. This position requires excellent writing skills with the ability to turn complex, technical information into compelling content for the web, social media and other digital platforms. Candidate must be creative, proactive, and have a knack for collaborating with others and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement.
Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
Works with Management, Brands and Marketing Team to develop, manage and provide content for email campaigns, web product and SEO content (branded product and local), PPC marketing campaigns (Corporate and co-op), Social Media content, PR opportunities.
Maintains a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties ensuring that web content is consistent to content strategy, messaging, tone and style.
Monitors online review sites daily, responds to positive reviews, flags negative reviews and forwards to appropriate party for resolution
Works with other team members in the development of digital properties including social media and digital advertising.
Assists with drafting content for social media.
Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital content management, web design, web development, digital communications, web content writing/editing, or related field.
Excellent English writing skills.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Broad understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing
Demonstrated ability to lead content teams.
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
