  • Providing an advisory service for community development projects and promote optimum use of local or external resources.
  • Assisting the community and the organization to become more aware of and responsive to the community needs.
  • Facilitating local solutions for local needs.
  • To conduct various workshop and trainings proposed under Project.
  • Identification of new projects and support in proposals development.
  • Will contribute to and influence the development of food security and livelihood program strategies.
  • Ensure timely completion of all activities while adhering quality aspects.
  • Progress sharing with line management on regular basis along with developing projects monthly,interim and closed out reports.
  • Developing criteria, assesment tools and finalize it after proper consultation with line management.
  • On-going monitoring of all interventions and sharing timely feedback with line management.
  • Gauge impacts of all interventions and share report with all concern.
  • Identify resourse persons for capacity building component under livelihoods.
  • Remain good team player and foster team building.
