Manage all aspects of the production team goal setting, individual development, and performance.
Provide technical oversight and expertise as required, and work closely with cross functional managers to ensure quality and achieve delivery targets.
Drive technical direction of software projects by working with technical leads.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the development.
Lead the teams to predictably deliver high-quality, scalable software
Implement KPIs for system and team performance
Manage and optimize the team’s workflow processes
Work across other departments to get alignment on dev-related items
Proactively identify and resolve issues relating to people, product, tech, and process
Help assist sales teams by going on calls with leads and prospects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.

Requirements:

Extensive leadership and management experience of a Development team
Have a solid understanding of the various mobile technology platforms and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Understanding of iOS, Android and Windows Phone platform and operating system capabilities, mobile web technologies, solution architecture requirements, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front-end development technologies and techniques
4-5 years’ Experience in managing a large size development team and project management.
3 to 4 years’ experience in web/mobile application project management
Experience in enterprise app development
Experience in Cloud Development
Experience in estimating and scheduling complex project tasks.
Excellent knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and implementation
