We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team at the London Branch. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting clients with their property needs, providing expert advice, and facilitating successful transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the real estate process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
Provide personalized consultations to clients, offering expert advice on property investments, sales, or rentals.
Provide timely and relevant updates to clients on property listings, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the property buying or leasing process.

Property Listings and Market Analysis:

Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately assess property values and advise clients on pricing strategies.

Property Listings:

Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions.
Utilize various marketing channels to promote listed properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Property Showings and Negotiations:

Arrange property viewings for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, striving for mutually beneficial agreements.
Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients, striving for Favourable terms and conditions.
Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Documentation and Transaction Management:

Oversee the preparation and completion of all necessary documentation for property transactions.
Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.

Market Research and Networking:

Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and changes in property regulations.
Build and maintain a strong network within the real estate community to enhance business opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections and stay abreast of industry developments.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, developers, and related industry stakeholders.

Targets and Performance Metrics:

Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets as set by the company.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, sales activities, and client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Property Consultant or in a similar role in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with property management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Proficient in real estate software and CRM tools.
