Who you’ll work with London and Lahore team.

Looking for:

Creative graphic designer with areas of specific responsibility

• Work with multiple stakeholders at different organisational levels, managing briefs to deliver on a wide range of projects.

• Create, edit and implement designs for internal and external communications and marketing materials over a wide range of materials and channels, including but not limited to: email marketing campaigns, digital banners, product and corporate brochures, press ads, posters, print banners, sales assets, promotional items, presentations and templates, data visualisation, internal-use videos, website and application mobile assets, content development, social media and moving image (GIF)

• Develop self serve materials and tools to ensure the wider business can easily be on-brand

• Design the monthly newsletter and providing design support for the blog and social media accounts

• Source and refine images, fonts, and layouts using industry-standard software

• Create and maintain templates, style guides and asset libraries

• Follow direction from, and present creative work to the Head of Marketing Communications, Brand and Design Brand Lead

• Inspire and guide internal stakeholders to be creatively progressive through the application of inventive visual work

• Effectively manage own your own workload and work-flow to ensure deadlines are met to a high standard

• Stay on top with news, industry practices, emerging digital trends and culture, engaging with the wider creative community

What you’ll need to make the best of the role

• Experience in a similar role

• Design based degree or relevant experience

• Ability to work at pace and to stringent deadlines
