Craft tailored proposals to secure project contracts and drive business growth.
Manage client relationships from initial engagement to project completion.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for job conversions.
Maintain an up-to-date and optimized profile on Upwork.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Upwork platform policies and best bidding practices.
Exceptional attention to detail in bid preparation and project assessment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
