Team Lead - Data Entry

We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead - Data Entry to oversee our projects and manage our team of data entry. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, smart, and have a strong background in management. As part of our commitment to empowering women in the workplace, we are specifically seeking a female candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage projects from start to finish
Oversee and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and clients
Manage and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in management
Strong management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams
