Position Purpose

Responsible for social media marketing, external communications, networking events and corporate client marketing.

Main Responsibilities

Develop a structured networking environment for the centre’s alumni and clients
Build REDC’s social media presence and create and maintain discussion forums aligned to REDC brand and marketing strategy
Responsible for ensuring coverage and REDC highlights in the university’s internal and external communications
Develop strong relationships with faculty and staff colleagues internal and external to REDC
Responsible for identifying new and potential clients, generating client leads and marketing custom and open programs
Conduct and manage client/corporate surveys, from time to time, to track industry trends and innovation
Provide support to the marketing unit in client correspondence, setting meetings, drafting proposals, contracts, evaluations etc. for programmes
