Position Purpose:

To provide assistance in grants related matters in SAP Grants Management Grantee Module (GM-GTE) for the Office of Sponsored Programmes & Research (OSPR).

Main Responsibilities:

Creation & maintenance of grants in GM-GTE, including creation of master data, uploading budgets, creating and uploading derivation rules and other grant related tasks.
Approval of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) and hiring of project staff as per the budget guidelines.
Assisting in generating financial reports from SAP for internal and external customers.
Responsible for budget management in SAP.
Assist in providing Budget Utilization Reports (BUR) to LUMS’ researchers.
Activation of Release Strategies and providing assistance in raising PRs.
Coordinate with internal audit team for Audit assignments as and when required.
Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports and resolve issues arising during this process.
Performs other related duties as assigned by senior executives.

Work Schedule:

Business hours may extend into the evenings and weekends depending on workload. Flexibility & commitment is a must.
