Main Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Associate Dean and the Program Director regarding the planning of courses and academic calendars. Plan in advance for all activities i.e. academic calendars, calendar of activities of the Under Graduate (UG)program.
Document and update approved changes in the handbook policies and standard operating procedures for the UG program.
Coordination with other university departments e.g. Admissions, Marketing, RO, Admin, IST, Library to ensure courses, grades, meetings, guest speaker, foreign faculty, payments, etc are coordinated smoothly and error free and resolve issues if any.
Manage student queries effectively.
Handle and resolve departmental and programme-related queries.
