M-Eletcro is seeking a qualified Telesales Representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. As a representative in our sales department, you will be responsible for winning over customers and meeting ambitious sales goals and play an integral role in helping our brand be successful.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Analyzes trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales
Requirements:
- Must be target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Have exceptional selling skills and an understanding of sales processes.
- Time oriented
- Able to start working immediately
Experience:
- Must have at least one year of experience.
