Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases relevant to our industry and target audience.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, for improved search engine visibility.
Develop and implement link building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain and improve search engine rankings.
Provide regular reporting and analysis of SEO performance metrics, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing objectives and initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
