We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Solar Inverter & Installation Expert who can also drive B2B and B2C sales of solar inverters and complete solar solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Expertise & Installation:
- Design, install, and commission on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems for industrial & commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot and maintain solar inverters
- Conduct site assessments, load calculations, and system sizing for large-scale projects.
- Ensure compliance with net metering policies, grid regulations, and safety standards in Pakistan.
2. Sales & Business Development (B2B & B2C):
- Generate leads and close deals with factories, warehouses, corporate offices, and homeowners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients (industries, SMEs, government projects).
- Promote solar inverters and complete solar solutions through direct sales, presentations, and exhibitions.
- Provide cost-benefit analysis, financing options, and ROI calculations to convince clients.
3. Project Management & Customer Support:
- Oversee installation teams and ensure timely project completion.
- Train customers on system operations and maintenance.
- Resolve technical issues and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in solar system installation & inverter troubleshooting (industrial/commercial scale preferred).
- Strong knowledge of solar inverters, batteries, PV modules, and balance of systems (BOS).
- Proven sales experience in B2B/B2C solar solutions (residential & commercial).
- Familiarity with net metering, solar financing, and government policies in Pakistan.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Urdu, regional languages).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.
Preferred Qualifications:
- diploma
- Experience working with solar EPC companies, distributors, or manufacturers.
- Existing network of industrial/commercial clients in Pakistan.
