You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing management of dispatching projects for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve communication, and drive overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their dispatching needs and objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for dispatching projects, facilitating communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors.

Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining quality standards.

Implementation: Oversee the deployment of dispatching software and tools, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and providing necessary training to clients and end-users.

Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track. Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure that dispatching solutions meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on system enhancements and contribute to the evolution of our dispatching solutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a dispatching or logistics environment.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with dispatching software, fleet management systems, and other relevant technologies.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
