This role is a combination of IT project coordinator and account manager.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships·
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits·
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors·
Manage all resource requirements for your accounts·
Coordinate with the people serving your accounts and hold regular check-up meetings·
Collect monthly hours from the resources and submit the billing hours to the finance department·
Build and keep updated documented information on all the resources for your account·
Coordinate with the recruitment, human resources, and the network department to effectively serve your accounts·
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders·
Develop new business with existing clients·
Prepare reports and account status·
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬:·

Proven work experience as an Account
Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role·
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level·
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail·
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities·
Strong verbal and written communication skills
