  • Achieve sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Identification of customers who are interested in investment in a project or want to purchase an apartment for self-residence or shop for business.
  •  Preparation of project presentation according to the client’s needs and interest.
  • Identify emerging real estate markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

  • Motivating and training sales team to deliver a high standard of customer service and closing sales.
