Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

We are currently seeking a talented Female Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Education: Matric/ F.A
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
