We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate, specifically in selling high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales strategies, guiding the sales team, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-rise residential and commercial units
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and industry contacts
Oversee the sales cycle from client engagement to deal closure
Maintain in-depth knowledge of project details, floor plans, pricing, and legal aspects
Train, motivate, and monitor performance of junior sales staff
Provide regular reports and market feedback to management
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (preferably high-rise projects)
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
