Manager - Full Stack DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Macquarie’s Secrets Management platform by implementing modern solutions tailored for diverse workloads.
- Manage privileged accounts, oversee unmanaged secrets, and control access to maintain security and compliance standards.
- Deliver sustainable and effective controls organization-wide to strengthen privileged access management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and maintain secure access frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a DevOps culture, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
- 9 to 12 years of experience in Java development with a strong technical foundation in designing REST-based microservice architectures.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, ReactJS, Go Lang, Python, Bash scripting, and SQL.
- Solid expertise in cloud technologies, preferably AWS, complemented by experience with CI/CD pipeline tools.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and extensive experience working within a DevOps environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Terraform (both Open Source and Enterprise editions), and Camunda is highly desirable.
