- Ensure effective implementation of quality management system.
- Organize all the activities to establish and implement HACCP system, to ensure consumer safety.
- Ensure the completion of every new certification or renewal of any certification, within the timeline given by the management.
- Coordinate and assist in maintaining GMP guidelines and routine plant audit inspections.
- Ensure the overall hygiene standards in production premises.
- Ensure the workers and staff health and safety and work closely with HSE Executive to ensure safe and healthy working premises.
- Evaluate customer & consumer’s complaints and their responding, coordinate respective departments for effective remedial needs for corrective/preventive actions.
- Responsible to handle the non-conforming products, control them to deliver in market and to reduce the cost of non-conforming product.
- Ensure effective compliance of company’s policies and procedures.
- Accept/reject and set out guidelines for rework off code finished product.
- Participate in company activity to achieve the company vision.
- Meeting departmental targets.
- Responsible for Quality control throughout the company and ensure the safe product delivery to consumer according to intended use.
- Inspire and educate the value stream to ensure they are engaged and high performing with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
- Responsible for Inspection of incoming Raw & packaging material Quality. To manage Quality audits & as internal auditor, audits planning for system improvement.
